Players and managers have been calling for football bodies to reduce the number of games, as it may be taking a toll on the players.
However, Chelsea defender Renato Veiga has a contrary opinion.
Amid attack on the increasingly congested football calendar, Renato Veiga has said he loves for more games to be played.
Speaking at a Portugal press conference, Veiga embraced the demanding schedule as he said: “I think for us young people, the more games the better.
“We must prioritize player health and game quality, but personally, I thrive on multiple matches.”
