Chelsea winger Pedro Neto has been released by Portugal head coach Roberto Martinez ahead of their Nations League game against Croatia.
Pedro Neto continued his fine form, as he scored one of the goals in Portugal’s 5-1 win over Poland on Friday night.
Portugal’s game against Croatia isn’t important, as they have already secured the top place in their Nations League group with one game to spare.
Speaking after their victory over Poland, Roberto Martinez said: “The game against Croatia is important, we need to look at other players.
“We’re going to let go of Bernardo Silva, Pedro Neto, Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes, who is suspended.”
