When asked how Chelsea are preparing for the big game, Colwill said: “You’ve got to prepare to go to war with each other.”

Meanwhile, key Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice is in a race against time to be fit against Chelsea. Reports claim he may miss Sunday’s game.

“Declan unfortunately picked an injury [in the last match] against Newcastle,” Mikel Arteta said in a press conference.

“He was able to finish and he wasn’t feeling good the last few days. We’ll have to assess him on Thursday and see if he’s ready for Chelsea.”
