Former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf has warned Blues boss Enzo Maresca to rethink Chelsea’s playing style.
Frank Leboeuf has told Enzo Maresca to abandon the tactic of playing out from the back.
According to Leboeuf, Chelsea do not have the personnel to play out from the back.
Leboeuf’s comments came after Chelsea’s 4-2 win over Brighton, where goalkeeper Robert Sanchez gifted Brighton two goals from errors.
“I have one piece of advice for the coaches: stop playing from the back, guys! You don’t have the personnel for that,” Leboeuf told ESPN.
