Confirmed line-up West Ham vs Chelsea: Sancho starts

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has made three changes from the team that beat Bournemouth 1-0 last weekend.

Jadon Sancho gets his first Chelsea start, as well as Tosin Adarabioyo who gets his first Chelsea Premier League start.

Enzo Fernandez returns to the side and will captain the Blues, having missed the trip to Bournemouth through illness.

Axel Disasi, Pedro Neto and Renato Veiga drop to the bench.
