The English media have been very impressed with Levi Colwill following his performance on international duty.
Levi Colwill played as a makeshift left-back for England as the Three Lions beat Ireland on Saturday.
With England lacking players in the left-back role, Levi Colwill who held that position under Mauricio Pochettino at times last season, had a good game.

The Guardian: “Adapted well to his hybrid role as England switched to a back three in possession. Gave the defence a nice balance and looked assured on the ball. (7/10)”
The Telegraph: “Given the role of makeshift full-back, the Chelsea central defender might just prove to be a solution to England’s left-sided problems with Luke Shaw injured and Ben Chilwell out of favour. Cool, calm and composed.”
Evening Standard: “Has started the season superbly at centre-back for Chelsea and had no issues shuffling to left-back here. Booked. (6/10)”
