Chelsea wonderkid Estevao Willian made his Brazil senior team debut against Ecuador.

The 17-year-old became the fifth youngest player to feature for the Brazil national senior team on Friday as he made his debut against Ecuador.

17-year-old Estevao Willian came on for Luiz Henrique with just 28 minutes to play, as Brazil beat Ecuador 1-0.

Estevao Willian has also become the second-youngest player to make his debut for Brazil in the 21st century, being only behind Real Madrid youngster, Endrick.

Willian was thrilled after making his Brazil debut, and he posted on Instagram: “There are no explanations, it’s only God, all honour and glory be given to God. A day marked for the rest of my life, very happy to make my debut with the heaviest shirt in the world, only agent to God and my family.”

Estevao, nicknamed ‘Messinho’, will officially move to Chelsea in 2025.
