Chelsea winger Noni Madueke has heaped massive praise on teammate Cole Palmer.

The Chelsea duo have started the season in fine form, and Palmer made triple assists for Madueke’s hat-trick against Wolves.

Madueke has now revealed that he has a good relationship with Palmer, and have played together for eight years now, from the junior England team.

“Me and Cole [Palmer] have been playing together for probably eight years now,” said Noni Madueke, quoted by talkSPORT.

“We have a great relationship off the pitch as well.

“On the pitch, we really know each other’s games. It’s easy to play with someone like that.

“We have a good chemistry.”

The young Chelsea winger was then asked about Palmer’s goal in the Euro 2024 final for England.

Madueke said with delight: “When Cole scored in the Euros final, everyone in the group chat was like, ‘Oh my God, look at what CP just did!’

“It was crazy, we were so proud of him, he did so well. Not just in the final, the little cameos before he was making an impact.”
