Cole Palmer has equalled a new Chelsea record following Chelsea’s 1-1 Premier League draw with Crystal Palace.
Cole Palmer had a brilliant debut season at Chelsea last term, where he set so many records.
Last season, Palmer remarkably broke Eden Hazard’s Chelsea record for the most goals and assists in a single Premier League campaign.
Palmer racked up 22 goals and 11 assists across 34 Premier League games last term, and he has started the new season in similar fashion.
After a hat-trick of assists against Wolves, Palmer got another assist against Crystal Palace.
It now means that Cole Palmer has made four assists in his first three Premier League matches of the season, which has seen him equal a record held by two former Chelsea stars – Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas.
Only Hazard (2012-13) and Cesc Fabregas (2014-15) have achieved that feat in the Premier League era at Chelsea.
