Crystal Palace have confirmed the signing of Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea on a season-long loan deal.

Chalobah was one of the players who was told that they aren’t part of Enzo Maresca’s plans for the season.

Crystal Palace were able to seal a loan move for Trevoh Chalobah on transfer deadline, and Palace have confirmed the arrival of the Chelsea defender.

“I’m delighted to join an ambitious club like Crystal Palace,” Chalobah told the club’s official website.

“I know some of the boys in the squad well and I’m looking forward to playing alongside them in front of the amazing support at Selhurst Park.”

Palace chairman Steve Parish added: “Trevoh is a talented young man and when the opportunity to bring him to Palace for the season arose, we were determined to seize it. I’m delighted that he has joined us on loan, and we believe he will be a great addition.”
