Chelsea have made an official offer to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United.
Chelsea have been linked with the 24-year-old winger for some time now, and have even hoped for a possible swap deal involving Raheem Sterling.
Chelsea are understood to have made an offer for Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho, albeit on loan.
According to Sky Sports News, the loan offer could become an obligation to buy if certain thresholds are met.
Sancho’s move to Juventus has since broken down. The loan fee from Chelsea is thought to be more than Juventus offered for Sancho and talks are continuing between Chelsea and United ahead of the 11pm deadline.
United would prefer to sell Sancho but have not ruled out on another loan for Sancho who spent the second half of last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho still has two years remaining on his contract with Manchester United, with United retaining the option to extend the deal by a further 12 months.
