Noni Madueke has had a brilliant start to the new campaign which has earned him his maiden England call under interim England manager Lee Carsley (and assistant Ashley Cole).
Lee Carsley knows Madueke from under-21 level where Madueke registered 20 caps.
After a fine end to last season, his hat-trick against Wolves is testament to how far Madueke has matured in his game.
Madueke, Cole Palmer and Levi Colwill all make the England squad. This is Colwill’s first call-up in almost a year.
Ex-Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher also got a call-up, as well as former Chelsea Academy Player of the Year Tino Livramento.
England will play Nations League pseudo-friendlies against the Republic of Ireland and Finland during the upcoming international break.
