Roman Abramovich’s last signing at Chelsea is now set to leave the club permanently.
According to Nizaar Kinsell, Mason Burstow is finalising a permanent move to Hull City.
Mason Burstow joined Chelsea on February 1, 2022, thus becoming the last signing of the Roman Abramovich era, as Roman Abramovich eventually had to sell the club off shortly after.
Burstow mostly featured for Chelsea’s development squad, scoring 11 goals in 30 appearances in the 2022-23 season.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan with Sunderland, and made 20 appearances for the Championship side.
Mason Burstow managed three first-team appearances for Chelsea.
