Chelsea and Atletico Madrid have a number of unfinished businesses. The trio of Samu Omorodion, Conor Gallagher and Felix Joao have been involved in a tricky triangle.

Samu Omorodion has seen his move to Chelsea break down, after both clubs had agreed a fee, and Samu had also agreed personal terms with Chelsea.

Journalist Matteo Moretto has shared the latest update on the transfer saga involving Conor Gallagher, Joao Felix and Samuel Omorodion.

According to the reporter, Atletico and Chelsea are in ‘very nervous’ talks over Gallagher and Felix.

Atletico want to sell Joao Felix for over €50m while Chelsea’s offer is below that, and this deal would unblock Gallagher’s move to Atletico Madrid.

So far, Conor Gallagher has returned back to London amid the breakdown in talks between the two clubs.

Atletico CEO Miguel Angel Gil Marin is reportedly ‘very angry’ with Chelsea as they hold on to their valuation of Felix.

Atletico Madrid are also unhappy with how the Samu Omorodion deal collapsed, and have so far slowed down the deal to sign Conor Gallagher from Chelsea.
