Chelsea are done with their pre-season tour of US, and the Blues will now play their final pre-season game against Inter Milan.

Chelsea host Inter Milan on Sunday afternoon at Stamford Bridge, as Enzo Maresca makes his final preparations ahead of the new season.

The new Chelsea boss has said he’s glad to be playing at Stamford Bridge ahead of the start of the season, and he wants the fans backing.

“I’m very excited,” said Enzo Maresca ahead of the game. “Finally, we are at home and with our fans and we need them throughout the season.

“They are going to be very important for us and the players because in these moments we need support. We are going to enjoy it together.”

He added: “I always try to build a good relationship with the supporters, especially because when we are at home they can be the twelfth player for us.

“We need them pushing and behind us. We will try to do our best to help them enjoy the game and share the joy.”
