Todd Boehly and the Clearlake gang have formed a habit of signing players, and they aren’t stopping soon.

Chelsea have made a number of signings, with the intention of loaning them out to Strasbourg, who have now become a sister club to Chelsea.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg are set to sign Messi. Well, not Lionel.

Romano tweeted: “Strasbourg have agreed deal to sign 17 year old talent Rayane Messi from Dijon. €1m including add-ons plus 10% sell-on clause agreed. Rayane, expected to sign a three-year deal.”

Messi is described as a big talent with huge potential, but has only four senior appearances under his belt.
