Mykhailo Mudryk is yet to light up Stamford Bridge since his £89m move from Shakhtar Donetsk.
Mudryk was below par last season, even though we witnessed occasional flashes of brilliance.
The Ukrainian star had a disappointing outing in Chelsea’s 2-1 loss to Real Madrid.
Mudryk came on in the 58th minute, and had one moment when he surged through on goal in the second half and looked to be in a nice position to get a shot on target, only play an unbelievable ball.
Mudryk horribly scuffed his attempt, sending his shot flying outside of the stadium.
Mudryk was missing in most moments of the game, and only completed three passes in over 30 minutes.
Mudryk definitely has a lot to do if he wants to stake claim for a regular role in Enzo Maresca’s squad. Mudryk has a lot of potential, and we want to see him light up Stamford Bridge.
