New Chelsea signing Estevao Willian left the pitch in tears after suffering an injury for Palmeiras on Saturday night.
Chelsea had last month reached an agreement to sign the 17-year-old from Brazilian side Palmeiras, and Willian will move to Stamford Bridge next year when he turns 18.
Meanwhile, Willian’s night was ended prematurely as he was forced off in the second half of the 2-0 defeat to Vitoria on Saturday.
Estevao Willian only recently recovered from sprains to his left ankle and knee before returning this weekend.
After suffering a knock, Estevao Willian stayed down for over a minute and was seen in tears with his shirt over his face as he spoke with Palmeiras’ medical team on the side of the pitch.
