Chelsea are trying to force out Trevoh Chalobah from the club.

The 25-year-old centre-back was dropped from the Chelsea team that went to the United States for pre-season.

Chalobah has been at the club since the age of eight, and may now leave permanently this summer.

Chelsea want a figure in excess of £30 million for Chalobah, with multiple Premier League sides interested in his signature already.

A Chelsea fan who attended the friendly game against Wrexham protested the treatment of Chalobah, and held a sign which read, “Chalobah in, Clearlake out”.

“Yes, I, a nearly 30 year old man, made a sign with markers and poster board because I’m mad at people who don’t know I exist,” he wrote in a separate tweet.

The fan’s tweet went viral on social media, and got over a hundred thousand views.

I stand against the sale of Chalobah, instead Wesley the injury prone guy and Badiashel those guys can go.. We must be very careful with what we are doing.. check Chelsea winning ratio whenever Chalobah plays..

  3. Only the blind chelsea board prefer Chalobah to leave. Dude is literally the best Defender we have, the board needs to style up esp. ENZO MARESCA who is playing very blind
