Chelsea fans are eagerly anticipating what to see from the new Chelsea manager, Enzo Maresca.

Enzo Maresca has already begun pre-season training with the players at his disposal, and it seems they have already formed an opinion about him.

Chelsea centre-back Levi Colwill has noted how Enzo Maresca is more involved on the pitch training with the players.

At just 44, it’s expected that Enzo Maresca will have a more hands-on approach compared to other older managers.

Levi Colwill said: “I spoke to him [Maresca]. Obviously he’s on the pitch all the time, he’s a proper hands on.”

“I think if I was a coach, I think it’s the best way to be because you know how you want to play, and you can envisage it perfectly. So, if you are there to inflict it on the team, I think it’d work the most.”

Levi Colwill is set to be more involved in his second season at Chelsea. He was a key player under Mauricio Pochettino but his season was ruined by injuries.

Last year, Colwill signed a long-term contract, committing his future to Chelsea. He is highly valued at the club.
