Enzo Fernandez has been wrapped in some ‘racist allegations’, after he and some of his Argentina teammates chanted a derogatory song about the France national team in an Instagram live video after their 2024 Copa America win over Colombia.
There is a good number of black French players who have taken offence with what Enzo Fernandez did.
The likes of Wesley Fofana and David Datro Fofana posted their disgust on social media, following Enzo Fernandez’s act.
It’s yet to be seen how Enzo Fernandez will be accepted by Chelsea players when he returns.
Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino has claimed Enzo Fernandez may be sold if the Chelsea players do not accept him back in the dressing room.
Cascarino said: “That’s a tricky one to handle. I think Chelsea have got a major decision on whether they actually keep Enzo Fernandez.
“Having players not happy with a guy in the dressing room, I’m not sure there will be many that comfortable with some of the things that have gone on.
“There’s no excuse for that to go out. It’s not going to sit well with the other players is it? I don’t know how you can handle it because there will be players who can’t forgive. There might be some who can move on despite not liking what happened.
“You don’t need everyone to like each other at a club but this is a really, really tricky one. Some players won’t want to move on or make it work.”
Instead both Fofana will be sold after all they’re not key players. One is a loan star, the other is an injury prone player..hence they rather go while Enzo stays.. period..
