Chelsea have been trying to sell Romelu Lukaku over the past two years, all to no avail.

The Belgian was signed by Chelsea for £97m, but he never really got kicking in his second stint at Stamford Bridge.

According to reports from Italy, Chelsea are close to selling Romelu Lukaku to Napoli for €25 million plus bonuses.

Lukaku has agreed personal terms with Napoli, with new manager Antonio Conte keen on the deal.

This transfer is linked to Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, who is in talks with PSG.

Chelsea were interested in Osimhen but backed off due to Napoli’s high asking price. PSG is negotiating to include a fringe player in the deal for Osimhen, which could expedite Lukaku’s move to Napoli.
