Chelsea want to let go of goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, and Kepa also wants to leave Chelsea.

Signed for a record fee of £72m in 2018, Kepa has failed to justify his price tag at Chelsea.

Al Ittihad have made an opening offer for Kepa Arrizabalaga — but Chelsea have turned it down, The Athletic reports.

It appears Chelsea do not feel the offer from the Saudi side for kepa was worth it. However, conversations between both clubs are still on.

The Spaniard is still expected to leave Chelsea permanently this summer, and Al Ittihad remain in talks with the Premier League club.

There are other suitors interested in the 29-year-old, with Real Madrid open to signing as a second choice goalkeeper if Andriy Lunin leaves this summer.
