PSG have made a €200m bid involving Chelsea target Victor Osimhen.

Arsenal and Chelsea have both been linked with a move for the 25-year-old Nigeria international, but none are willing to pay his release clause.

Napoli are insistent that they would have to pay the full value of his €130m release fee to secure, which has put off Chelsea and Arsenal.

PSG are looking for a striker to replace the departed Kylian Mbappe, and are ready to go all in for Napoli duo Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Corriere dello Sport reports.

According to the Italian outlet, while Osimhen is available for sale, Napoli have stated that no deal is possible for Kvaratskhelia.

Chelsea have already signed up 18-year-old Marc Guiu from Barcelona. It’s yet to be seen whether Chelsea will depend on both Guiu and Nicolas Jackson for next season.
