The 25-year-old has now completed his medical with the club.
Fabrizio Romano tweeted: “Chelsea complete deal for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to join from Leicester. £30m move in place, contract until June 2030, medical done.
“Chelsea talent Michael Golding will leave as Leicester City signs him for £5m in separate deal.
“Here we go, confirmed.”
The 25-year-old made 44 appearances for Leicester City in the Championship last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 14 assists.
Dewsbury-Hall was a key player for Leicester City, and has admitted the new Chelsea boss is a top manager.

“It is weird having to change a manager after being so successful, but that’s football.”
