Chelsea are currently being linked with a move for Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

Dewsbury-Hall was a key player for the Foxes last season, as they won the Championship.

The 25-year-old midfielder also won Leicester City Player of the Season award, as the Foxes sealed their return to the Premier League.

According to BBC’s Nizaar Kinsella, Leicester City have rejected Chelsea’s first bid for their star midfielder, Dewsbury-Hall.

Brighton have also left the race following Dewsbury-Hall’s decision to snub them, while Chelsea continue to have talks with Leicester City over the midfielder wanted by Enzo Maresca.

Meanwhile, Dewsbury-Hall has revealed just how much of a top manager Enzo Maresca is.

He stated: “Enzo was an unbelievable manager. I genuinely see him becoming a top manager, so it wasn’t a surprise to see he was in demand.

“It is weird having to change a manager after being so successful, but that’s football.”
