Antonio Conte addressed the media for the first time on Wednesday since becoming Napoli’s head coach.

Conte spoke on a number of things, including Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

Romelu Lukaku has been a subject of interest for Napoli this summer, especially with the arrival of Antonio Conte as head coach.

Lukaku and Conte forged a formidable relationship at Inter Milan, and Conte seems to be hoping for a reunion.

On Napoli’s interest in the Chelsea forward, Conte said: “He’s an excellent player, top player. There’s nothing else to say.

“You always hope to have a player like Romelu on your side… and not against you.”
