Manchester City forward Julian Alvarez has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer.

Alvarez has played second fiddle to Erling Haaland at Man City, with reports now claiming that he wants to leave.

Several sources claim Chelsea have serious interest in Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez, as the Blues are set to shop for a new striker this summer.

The World Cup winner is said to be worth at least €80m, and a move will happen only if the player himself asks to leave.

Speaking to ESPN, Alvarez has offered no indication whether that would happen.

“These are things that are said, but I am calm; I am comfortable and happy at City; we will see what happens,” Alvarez said.

Alvarez, 24, scored 19 goals across all competitions, with 11 goals coming in the Premier League.
