Djordje Petrovic has enjoyed a debut season at Chelsea.

Having started the season as third choice goalkeeper at Chelsea, Petrovic rose up to become Chelsea’s main goalkeeper by the second half of the campaign.

Petrovic has claimed he enjoyed the season, and is keen on improving on every part of his game to become a complete goalkeeper.

Petrovic has said he wants to become one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

The Serbian said: “I’m only 24 years old, so I’m still learning. I want to become the complete goalkeeper and work on the details because details at this level are everything.

“A small step can change your decision.

“So I am thinking about that every day and working to get better. That is my main target moving forward: improve and become a more complete goalkeeper for this club.”

Petrovic played 31 matches in the 2023-2024 campaign. He conceded 44 goals and made 7 clean sheets.
