Chelsea have officially confirmed the signing of Tosin Adarabioyo from Fulham.
The 26-year-old will join Chelsea on July 1 when the summer transfer window officially opens.
The centre-back joins on a free transfer from Fulham, and has put pen to paper on a four-year deal with Chelsea.
In a joint statement, Chelsea’s co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart said of the transfer: “We are delighted to bring Tosin Adarabioyo to Chelsea.
“Throughout his career, he has showcased his maturity and defensive qualities and has gained a wealth of experience in the Premier League in recent seasons.
“He is ready to make the step up to Chelsea and work alongside the talented players in our squad. We look forward to Tosin joining up with us for pre-season.”
This represents Chelsea’s first signing under new boss Enzo Maresca.
