Tosin Adarabioyo is set to have a medical with Chelsea ahead of a move to Stamford Bridge, Sky Sports have confirmed.
The 26-year-old defender, whose contract with Fulham expired, is expected to sign a long-term deal with Chelsea.
The Blues are looking to bolster their defence following the departure of veteran Thiago Silva and potentially selling Trevoh Chalobah.
Tosin Adarabioyo was heading to Newcastle, until Chelsea hijacked the deal.
Adarabioyo, a Manchester City academy graduate, has been a crucial part of Fulham’s defence, making 132 appearances and scoring five goals since joining the club in 2020. His qualities include excellent positioning, strong aerial ability, and good speed, making him a valuable addition to Chelsea’s squad.
Chelsea are also expected to sign a striker and a left-bac for the incoming manager.
