Chelsea are in search of a new manager after the departure of Mauricio Pochettino.

Pochettino’s exit was announced on Tuesday evening, as the Chelsea board decided to part ways with the Argentine.

Pochettino’s dismissal was seen as a shock after a promising end to the season, in which Chelsea went on a run of five straight victories.

Former Chelsea fullback Scott Minto has now advised ambitious young managers to avoid the Stamford Bridge job early in their careers.

Scott Minto particularly sounded this warning to Kieran McKenna who has been linked with the vacant job at Stamford Bridge.

Minto told TalkSPORT: “The one thing they wanted was stability and yet they go and do something like this.

“Clearly it is about recruitment, about players in and perhaps players out as well.

“There is a big issue.

“I respect Poch for saying ‘I’m not having it’ and I worry for the direction the owners are taking Chelsea in at the moment.

“Any young managers who have done really well at the moment, I would say give Chelsea Football Club a miss, massive time.

“That is the last thing you need, to jump in from a club – Kieran McKenna being one of them – that is completely stable to a club that is completely unstable.

“You need a really good coach, someone who can manage up, someone who can bring the kids through, someone who will toe the line.

“For this year that has been Mauricio Pochettino and they are getting rid of him.”

What Mr Scott said is the truth. At the moment it seems the Chelsea Management argue with plans of plans of coaches which will be hard for everyone who will take on this job again. There must be stability and union between the club and the Coach’s opinion. Sacking TT? Sacking MP? I’m confused at this point now. Had they keep little faith in TT this time around Chelsea could have managed a win for some trophies

sacking TT? sacking MP? Very much confusing. had they keep little faith in TT this time around Chelsea could have managed a win for some trophies and it ended up struggling for better position in the league so far
