Thiago Silva will be leaving Chelsea as a free agent at the end of the season.

Thiago Silva will join Brazilian side Fluminense as a free agent, Chelsea’s official website has confirmed.

Thiago Silva has agreed a two-year deal with Fluminense, and will be registered as a Fluminense player on July 1.

The move will be completed after the final game of the Premier League season against Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on May 19.

Thiago Silva has achieved success in his short time at Chelsea, having spent four seasons at Stamford Bridge, winning the Champions League, Club World Cup and the UEFA Super Cup. Overall, he’s played over 150 games for the Blues.
