According to Brazilian Journalist Jorge Nicola, Chelsea have already submitted an offer for talented Brazilian forward Estêvão Willian, also known as the Brazilian Messi.

Nicola claims Chelsea have submitted an offer of €40m in a lump sum and €25m in bonuses for the 17 year old Brazilian forward.

Jorge Nicola said: “Chelsea are prepared for offers above €60m [for Estêvão Willian]. Neither Chelsea nor their two English rivals want to pay that fixed €60m for the deal to go through. The idea is to pay a lump sum and the rest in bonuses.

“And to try and convince Palmeiras to do the deal, Chelsea have already offered €40m in a lump sum and €25m in bonuses.”
