Chelsea moved up to 7th in the Premier League following a 5-0 demolition of West Ham United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

Cole Palmer, Conor Gallagher, Noni Madueke and Nicolas Jackson (brace) scored the goals to help the Blues secure all three points against West Ham United.

Palmer set a new Premier League record after scoring his 21st Premier League goal of the season in the victory over West Ham United.

According to Opta, Palmer has become only the third player in Premier League history to reach 30+ goal involvements in a single season while aged 21 or younger (21 goals, 9 assists), after Robbie Fowler (94-95 & 95-96) and Chris Sutton (93-94).
