Chelsea captain Reece James has been out injured for several months now.

Reece James is now set to return to action, and has sent a message to Chelsea fans.

He posted on Instagram: “I’ve been gone a while but I am doing well. Really well.

“The journey has been long and tough but nothing I couldn’t handle. I’m in a good place.

“The comeback is on, more hungry than ever. Stay well in the meantime and see [you] soon.”

Meanwhile, Harry Redknapp has sent a warning to Reece James, following competition from fellow right-back Malo Gusto.

“[Malo Gusto] keeps getting better and better for Chelsea,” Redknapp said last month.

“You forget this lad’s age as well. He looks a really good prospect.

“The best compliment I can give him is that they don’t really miss Reece James and Mauricio Pochettino might just have a big decision to make in that position.”

  1. That’s true…Malo Gusto is impressive…make us not to remember James in any ways ..

  2. Reece james is still our best option in that position, Despite gusto’s impressive performances.
