Chelsea are one of the clubs to have been linked with Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres.

A fee of over £100m has been reportedly slapped on the Swedish striker who’s attracting massive interests from top clubs across Europe, including Arsenal and PSG.

The agent of Viktor Gyokeres has now admitted the Swede could leave if Sporting CP coach Ruben Amorim departs.

Amorim is in talks about a move to Liverpool, with reports claiming that Amorim will take over from Jurgen Klopp.

The Swede’s agent Hasan Cetinkaya, told A Bola: “I’m not surprised that Rúben is linked with Liverpool, it’s normal, his work is at a high level, that’s what the clubs are looking for.

“And, yes, it will be more difficult for Viktor to stay if Rúben Amorim leaves Sporting.

“Because Viktor came (to Sporting) thanks to Rúben. The day we met, I said to Rúben: ‘Here is my boy, he came to Sporting thanks to you’.

“Of course I will have to talk to the president, the president is the boss, he is the one who makes the decisions.

“We need to know what he thinks for the future and what Sporting’s project is, but of course Viktor also has a say, and if Rúben Amorim quits it will be more difficult to continue. But right now it is important to think about what is missing in the league and help Sporting become champions.”
