Chelsea’s defence has been very poor, and the tactical structure of the team has looked unconvincing at times.
French Journalist Julien Laurens had made a shocking revelation of Mauricio Pochettino last year, revealing what were the Argentine’s biggest problems at PSG.
“He barely did any tactical sessions in training, hardly any tactical work which was strange,” Laurens said of PSG players’ impressions of Pochettino.
“His idea was, let the front three do their thing. His inability to change anything when PSG were feeling pressure… I was there [at a defeat v Real Madrid], he was standing in his area, not doing anything, not talking.
“That’s not a manager for a top club.”
