Chelsea fans have chanted Jose Mourinho’s name at times this season, amid growing frustration with Mauricio Pochettino.

Mauricio Pochettino hasn’t really impressed Chelsea fans in his first year at the club, and some Blues fans want him out.

But, should Mauricio Pochettino really be sacked after one season? We don’t think so.

See our reasons below

Stability and Continuity: Constant managerial changes can disrupt team cohesion and progress. By retaining Mauricio Pochettino, the club will maintain stability and provide a consistent direction for the team to follow.

Just last season alone, Chelsea had three different managers – which isn’t good for the club if they want to find consistency.

Proven Track Record: Pochettino has a strong track record of success, particularly during his tenure at Tottenham Hotspur. He led the team to multiple top-four finishes in the Premier League and guided them to the final of the UEFA Champions League in 2019. This experience demonstrates his capability to achieve success at the highest level. It only takes time.
