Some injured Chelsea players will use this opportunity to gain grounds and recover in time from their injury.

Reece James and Christopher Nkunku are expected to be back shortly after the international break.

Ben Chilwell. Hamstring. The defender is back in training. Called up by England.

Levi Colwill. Toe. No return date has been given.

Reece James. Hamstring injury. Expected to return to contention next month but no exact date has been named.

Christopher Nkunku. Hamstring. Expected back after the international break or shortly after.

Romeo Lavia. Fitness. Return date still not known.

Lesley Ugochukwu. Hamstring. Was supposed to be in contention by mid-February but remains sidelined. His recovery timeframe remains unknown.

Wesley Fofana. ACL. Unlikely to play this season.
