Brighton & Hove Albion boss, Roberto De Zerbi is arguably the most sought-after manager in the Premier League right now, but the club has no desire to let him go on a cheap.
The Italian manager, who joined the Seagulls last season, has a £12m release clause inserted in his contract, according to a report by The Telegraph.
This fee must be paid in full before De Zerbi would be allowed to join another club from the Amex.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are among the clubs in England said to be keeping an eye on De Zerbi.
Despite being at a relatively smaller club like Brighton, and with the injuries his side have faced this season, the 44-year-old has impressed with his style of football.
De Zerbi is high on the list of managers Chelsea want to use as replacement for Mauricio Pochettino if they have to let the Argentine go in the coming weeks and months.
