Former Russia striker, Dmitry Bulykin has told Chelsea they need to get Roman Abramovich back to the club.

According to him, the Blues can’t win another trophy unless they allow his countryman to buy back the club.

Roman Abramovich was forced to sell Chelsea to American billionaire, Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali two years ago, after financial sanctions were imposed on him by the UK government for his alleged ties with the Russian government.

Bulykin told Odds.ru: “Which Russian could be sent to Chelsea to correct the situation? I would choose the owner.

“We need to bring Abramovich back, then Chelsea will win one of the major trophies. But a return in the current realities is impossible, unfortunately…”
