Reece James or Trent Alexander-Arnold, who’s better? See what Jorginho has to say

Jorginho has made his own pick of who the better player is between Reece James and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Jorginho and James played together at Stamford Bridge for years before the Italian moved to Arsenal last January.

James has missed close to four months of football this season, as a result of a hamstring problem, but despite that, Jorginho believes the Chelsea skipper is better overall when compared to Liverpool’s Alexander-Arnold.

“Reece James and Trent Alexander-Arnold are different, but if I was choosing for my team, I would choose Reece. He is more complete,” Jorginho told JD Football.

“Trent has these passes and this shooting, it’s unbelievable, it’s different, but overall I think I would choose Recce.”

Alexander-Arnold has also had to deal with injury this season, but the Liverpool right-back has managed to make 21 appearances for his side so far.

Meanwhile, James recently hinted in a social media post, that his return to Mauricio Pochettino’s side may be imminent, which would be very timely, as Chelsea prepare to face Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final later this month.
