Enzo Fernandez appears ready to take to the pitch again, and help Chelsea to yet another important win.

The 23-year-old has always been in the news following his big money transfer to Chelsea from Benfica last year.

There have been many who are of the view that Enzo hasn’t produced much to justify the Blues paying as much as £107m to get him to come to Stamford Bridge during the 2023 winter transfer window.

However, even some of those critics would have been impressed to see the Argentine perform the way he did last Wednesday, when Chelsea produced one of their best displays in a long time to progress to the fifth round of the FA Cup at the expense of Aston Villa.

Enzo scored a worldie of a goal from a free-kick, to add to strikes from Conor Gallagher and Nicolas Jackson, as Chelsea calmed the pressure on Mauricio Pochettino.

The Blues are back in action in the Premier League on Monday night when they face Crystal Palace in their 24th league game of the campaign.

The tie will take place at Selhurst Park, and Enzo has now made it clear that he is already looking forward to it.

The midfielder, taking to his social media, wrote ahead of the match: “Let’s go again.”

Tonight’s game with Palace will be the second against them this season, after the Blues picked up a 2-1 win in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge last December, and it will be nice to see the boys produce another memorable performance on the road.
