Gabby Agbonlahor has given a rather surprising prediction for Chelsea’s upcoming Premier League meeting with Crystal Palace.
The Blues will travel to Selhurst Park to face Roy Hodgson’s side on Monday night off the back of an impressive 3-1 FA Cup victory against Aston Villa.
Chelsea lost their last two league games, and conceded eight goals in the process, but should be buoyed by their midweek win at Villa Park, although Agbonlahor thinks it will be a straight Palace win.
While predicting the score of the game, the former Villa striker told talkSPORT: “I could see a Crystal Palace win. It’s a bit of a crisis at the moment for Chelsea to be honest. Crystal Palace, home advantage and get that crowd on your side, I’m going to go with a 2-1 win to Crystal Palace.”
Chelsea beat Palace 2-1 in the reverse fixture back in December, and are currently on a 13-match winning run against their London rivals.
Palace are also expected to be without some of their key players for Monday’s match, including Eberechi Eze, Michael Olise and Marc Guehi.
