Chelsea forward Raheem Sterling is expecting an improved performance from Chelsea for the second half of the season.
Chelsea were below par in the first half of the season, but Sterling believes the introduction of Christopher Nkunku can help the team in second half of the season.
The 26-year-old has missed much of the season through injury, but now seems to be back to full fitness.
When asked how big Nkunku’s return is, Sterling told Sky Sports: “It will be massive. I was really excited in pre-season with the type of player he is.
“I knew I would click really well with him. But again, unfortunate with his injury.
“Coming back he’ll be a massive boost for us and he’s a player that’s got experience as well. We can’t wait to have him back.”
