According to The Athletic, Chelsea is nearing an agreement for Armando Broja to leave the club on loan tonight.
The 22-year-old striker from Albania is weighing his options between Fulham and Wolverhampton Wanderers, as both clubs are eager to finalize a deal before the transfer deadline.
AC Milan, a club from Serie A, also showed interest in Broja today but could not move forward due to budget limitations. However, it’s expected that they will revisit this opportunity in the summer.
Broja, who did not play in Chelsea’s 4-1 loss to Liverpool yesterday, had his season start delayed because of an anterior cruciate ligament injury he suffered in December 2022.
He made his comeback nine months later during a 1-0 loss to Aston Villa in September, managing to score twice and provide an assist this season.
