Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino, has said he and his players are relaxed ahead of the Liverpool game.
Chelsea have been linked with a move for a number of players this January transfer window, especially a striker – but none has been fruitful so far. The Blues have also been linked with some exits as well, with none happening.
Speaking ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Liverpool on Wednesday, Pochettino has said there is ‘no news’ regarding any moves away from Stamford Bridge for the trio.
The Blues boss also said that his players are calm despite the scrutiny and transfer deadline pressure the club is currently facing.
“At the moment, no news,” Pochettino said.
“At the moment all is quiet and calm and relaxed. I was talking with the players, not only them but the whole squad, in meetings today and of course at the moment we are all relaxed about the whole situation of the squad.”
Speaking particularly on Armando Broja who has been linked with a move away, Pochettino also admitted that the 22-year-old striker is calm about things.
“I think I was talking last week about that. Look, there is speculation always,” he said.
“Speculation and we need to live with that. There is nothing to communicate and it is quiet. Everything is so quiet and relaxed here.”
