Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has today confirmed that he’d be stepping down from his role as Liverpool manager come the end of the season.
Klopp is in his 9th year in charge of the club, and has now made the decision to quit Liverpool at the end of the season – which has shocked the football world.
Former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel, saw his Chelsea side go toe-to-toe with Klopp during his time at Stamford Bridge.
Tuchel has admitted his shock at the recent announcement.
“I have to digest that first,” said Tuchel when asked for his immediate reaction to the news that has stunned the world of football.
“Kloppo is one of the very best coaches in the world, he has always managed to influence the clubs where he worked. It’s big news.”
