According to a report on The Sun via GOAL, Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah could reunite with Christian Pulisic, Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Olivier Giroud at AC Milan.
AC Milan are dealing with an injury crisis in defence with Tomori, Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw all sidelined at the moment.
Arsenal defender Jakob Kiwior and Aston Villa loanee from Barcelona, Clement Lenglet, are also on the shortlist of AC Milan.
Chalobah has been sidelined by a hamstring problem since August, and as a result, AC Milan are thought to be hesitant over making a move for him.
Chalobah can play both central defense and right-back, which would allow AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli to be more versatile with his selection, should he choose to sign him.
